Rannas Place, Portessie

This traditional stone fisherman’s cottage was built in Portessie in the early 1900’s and was undertaken by ourselves as a renovation project in 2006 and is now a very stunning little property.

The property has several lovely features including an open timber staircase, timber linings to the ceiling on the bedroom, original feature exposed stone wall in the lounge/kitchen area with a wood burning stove and there is a tiered garden area to the rear.

Ballard, Archiestown

This luxurious 4 bedroom dwelling house with double integral garage set in a peaceful country area was one of our larger new build projects completed in 2006.

The house is totally traditional build and has many very nice features including the use of local Hopeman stone to the frontage and basecourse; the balcony over the sun lounge and the glazed triangular windows over the porch door.

Colonsay Place, Buckie

4 Detached dwelling house development with single garages. We developed this building site in Buckie creating four beautiful detached houses with accompanying garages.

We completed the build in 2003. The houses are all timber framed kits clad with concrete blocks with random stone feature areas and colour coded skew tabling.

Fraser, Cullen

We built this two storey extension in Cullen completing the building in 2003. The extension has many features including a balcony, port hole windows and stone quoins and lintels to all areas.

Hope Street, Portgordon

This was a small development in Portgordon consisting of two semi-detached two bedroomed houses and was completed in 2001. The houses were timber framed kits clad with concrete blocks and incorporating feature random stonework to the front elevations, base course and corners.
