Groundworks, set out and excavate foundations, lay concrete foundation, build blockwork to DPC level, prepare oversite, importing type 1 hardcore, grade and compact then lay concrete floor, build garage to wall head, construct new roof structure with trusses, sarking, felt and concrete tiles, supply and fit windows and doors including electrically operated retractable garage door, excavate tracks and lay drains connected to existing drains on site, set out, excavate then lay drop kerb and path edge stones, set pout and erect fencing, lay tar to existing levels, landscape areas around the new garage.
